Surely Photoshop cannot be working directly on JPEG format, but must convert to some bit-map form (.psd?) at Open? Otherwise how could it do rotations etc as fast as it does? Rotating a picture ( eg I doubt that the number of bits is that significant. Good Luck and why MS ever deleted this utility is beyond me.

All the files in the folder should begin to again sequentially rotate, this time counterclockwiseĩ0 degrees, back to their original orientation, with their new (correct) thumbnail.
